All come from the same core program and can suit many types of application for your cash processing requirements. Suitable for Retail, parking, vending, charity and many other market applications. All versions will save many hours in the manual processes of reconciling the cash processed. The BiT Software is also compatible with most manufacturers of coin and note counting and sorting machines. All versions run on a standard pc, with the options to add bar code readers for improved input of data.

The BiT Basic Version can capture the information from a coin sorter and/or a note counter/sorter. Version 1 is limited to 25 ID numbers and Version 2 is up to 1000 IDs. A fixed ID, Expected total and date page welcomes each batch counted. The software then captures the information coming out of these cash processing machines into your PC so you can clearly see the money processed. This clearly displays the notes and coins processed, which can be manually entered if required as well as media values. There is a standard set of reports to cover the cash processed over a chosen period and important information like ID numbers, individual coin and note breakdowns, totals and differences. These details can also be exported into an excel format.

The BiT improved version adds small levels of personalisation. For instance requirements for specific reports may be needed, a feed of expected totals from ePos or other software systems, different ID inputs or more than 1000 IDs would all suggest BiT Improved over the basic version.

All levels of the imagination are removed with BiT Bespoke. In a recent version supplied for all cash processed inputted against IDs, the BiT bespoke version sent a thank you letter to all customers’ donations after it automatically crossed referenced the end of day report with their customer database. Versions specifically to Retail or Cash in Transit have also been developed in this version.
